There are various types of litigation under the Bankruptcy Code. Examples include:
- After you have filed for bankruptcy, some of your creditors may file a complaint against you alleging fraud and seeking to have the debt not be discharged
- Some creditors or trustees may sue you alleging that you lied or concealed assets as part of your bankruptcy.
- A trustee may sue you even if you have not filed for bankruptcy seeking to recover monies or property you may have received.
